There are four different types of item cards:

Offensive
Defensive
Healing
Combined

High attack value

Low defence value

High defence value

Low attack value

Healing only

No attack value & Defence value

Boosts all attributes

Currently only for Holo cards

Item cards serve as boosters for gaming cards. At the start of a game, each item card receives three charges. The charges can be attached to gaming cards to improve their values. As soon as the charge is attached to the gaming card, the item card loses one of the three charges.

When the last charge of an item card is used, it is destroyed. If a gaming card is destroyed, the charges attached to item cards also expire. If a gaming card survives a round, all item card charges are retained and can be used in subsequent rounds of the gaming card.
